What Data is collected by the app?<\/h3>\n
Message and Call Tracker<\/em> app collects the following details<\/div>\n
– Login email and password. Password is newly generated during registration and is specific to the app.<\/div>\n
– Call and Whatsapp message details such as<\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Caller name and Phone Number<\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Call details such as incoming or outgoing call along with the time at which the call was made\/received.<\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– Whatsapp message details includes the name of the sender and the whatsapp message received.<\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0– The call and Whatsapp messages are not collected by the server by default. User has to visit the site, enter the credentials and fetch the records explicitly.<\/div>\n

When can the data collected be deleted?<\/h3>\n
Data can be deleted within the app itself or it can also be deleted by the user in the website.<\/div>\n
– Any individual message or call details can be deleted by the user by selecting the row and using delete option in the UI (app or website)<\/div>\n
– All data can be deleted by using the “Erase all data” in the app settings or website<\/div>\n
– Data gets automatically deleted within 7 days after account deactivation.<\/div>\n

How to Delete the Account?<\/h3>\n
Account can be deleted from the app as well as the website.<\/div>\n
– Account deletion is instantaneous and user will be logged out as soon as account is deleted.<\/div>\n
– Account can be deleted only after logging in to the account<\/div>\n
– Data associated with the account gets deleted as soon as the account is deleted, but in some cases may take up to 7 days.<\/div>\n

To delete account from within the app – Go to Settings -> Select unregister\/delete Account<\/div>\n
