What Data is collected by the app?

Message and Call Tracker app collects the following details
– Login email and password. Password is newly generated during registration and is specific to the app.
– Call and Whatsapp message details such as
     – Caller name and Phone Number
     – Call details such as incoming or outgoing call along with the time at which the call was made/received.
     – Whatsapp message details includes the name of the sender and the whatsapp message received.
     – The call and Whatsapp messages are not collected by the server by default. User has to visit the site, enter the credentials and fetch the records explicitly.

When can the data collected be deleted?

Data can be deleted within the app itself or it can also be deleted by the user in the website.
– Any individual message or call details can be deleted by the user by selecting the row and using delete option in the UI (app or website)
– All data can be deleted by using the “Erase all data” in the app settings or website
– Data gets automatically deleted within 7 days after account deactivation.

How to Delete the Account?

Account can be deleted from the app as well as the website.
– Account deletion is instantaneous and user will be logged out as soon as account is deleted.
– Account can be deleted only after logging in to the account
– Data associated with the account gets deleted as soon as the account is deleted, but in some cases may take up to 7 days.
To delete account from within the app – Go to Settings -> Select unregister/delete Account
To delete account from the website, login to Message and Call Tracker and select Delete Account under Unregister.
